    Absolutely. It's hard for fundies with dealing sizes of couple hundred thousand to enter a stock such as this without blowing the stock price out of the water. Placement provides a quick and clean method for both sides to execute. I have absolutely no problem with a capital raising.......AS LONG AS proceeds are value accretive which more than compensates for any dilution.
