    Rosa and board have been mega conservative, (imo) they wouldn't have taken out this loan if they didn't expect the US trial to be fully enrolled around the middle of this year and are confident of an offer by the end of the year. Any other eventuality smacks of risk I have never seen them take yet. They've done lots of capital raisings at abysmal prices.
