Texas rare earth resources have 0.05 % rare earth content in ore whereas Alkane has 0.9 %. If you take that into account Alkane has lots more heavy rare earths per tone of rock. Texas rare earth is a good project as well but it is not easy to compare the two as ALK has greater contribution to economics from non rare earths and it is not primarily rare earth project.
