If the ABS projections becomes true..it becomes true..you'll either get more sprawl..or higher density..or a combination of both..if it spreads out far enough, you could see new citys or satelite cities established..or resemble a mega city like New York is now with 8.4m.
Whats the median price to income ratio of dwellings in New York ~4..?
Makes the Yanks a hell of a lot more competitive in labour cost than Aussies doesn't it..?

At the end of the day im sure we can all agree its all about supply and demand. We currently dont construct enough properties to fill the need. So until that changes property prices will remain strong.
