re: shougang deal I think Miner allowed for the capital injection to MGX if they take up their option but didn't divide the new market cap by the new number of shares on issue....
I wouldnt value it that way myself, rather I would value it by future earnings which would leap when Shougang bought in and the new projects go ahead. Yak there are 3 research reports on the mtgibsoniron.com.au website, the Shaw one goes through valuations but it is a year old and capital costs have increased in WA apparently with the boom. The other 2 reports are much more conservative, personally I think they are too cautious but of course there is risk. Cheers.
