if its not UP ..we may have to refinance again..right ? No problem there
We may even have paid Down 50% of our Debt by then ???
so Time is Now on our side ... as other fundamental forces ( FX) (Demand) (China Growth ) realign to make Ozi IO the Jewel of the WA state and FED Coffers...again
