Yes it is their law, but where is the consistency, why does a local drug lord who is distributing to their fellow countrymen, who clearly would be accountable for destroying more Indonesian lives than these two people who merely used Indonesia as a stop off for the drugs get a reduced sentence, il tell you why, because money talks and bullshit walks.
