How do you know there is no offer on the table? In fact it would be highly unlikely if there have not been offers put on the table; in my view it's just that they would not have been ideal perhaps or too harsh condition-wise.

Imo, funding the production should not be difficult and the T debt could be part of that as much RNI/T money has been spent on the plant. It's the additional money for exploration and admin for say 18 months that could be the problem, if there is one of course. Management should be trying to get enough money to sustain the company so as to avoid another CR via SIs and/or shareholders.
