Spatial Dual integrated into CETO, page-3

CETO is still in it's infancy, they would be madly gathering data on all aspects of the arrays performance.

There are several institutions that are collaborating with CWE on fact finding missions that will benefit the wave industry as a whole.  As the only functioning wave array in the world, we should expect others to want to join in as well.  

The antennae may be for the research project being done by the University of Adelaide.
