Ann: LNG Ltd Plans Dual Listing in USA, page-56

LNGLF was created by Goldman Sachs and LNGLY Deutsch bank, I've never heard of Deutch Bank before finding out that they are the sponsored bank by which LNG Limited chose to partner with to create LNGLY, but Goldman Sachs is one of the largest players in the World. My guess is they didn't come up with a master plan to cheat everyone out of a few bucks (In terms of their dollars) though I could be wrong.

But we've covered this topic before and per the company person who responded to me and a response someone else here got, who I can't remember, they said (Unless the company person who responded made a mistake) that if LNGLY changes to something else so will LNGLF and added, that though they didn't sponser the LNGLF (Goldman Sachs) listing that buying both LNGLF and LNGLY is buying shares in their company i.e. you can buy either but they prefer you buy LNGLY. (I bought a lil of both)
