So not only do the investors get in at a discount, they receive free options as well, with every two shares.
Ton must be really struggling to get investors on board, when they are giving away free options to be exercised at 20 cents and the options will just add even more dilution to the ever growing end of shares being listed. IMO
Once again, share holders miss out on not only free options but a discounted entry point. IMO
