Do some research LOL , Shell/Texaco have relinquished the rights to the oil , as there is probably only 40m bbls at sub-commercial rates .
The Malampaya field was discovered in 1992 , first gas was delivered 2002 .... after installing 500kms of pipeline ....
Dunno bout you but Im hoping for better things from Coron etc!!
