Buyers and Sellers

U know, I still always find it interesting watching HC post announcement or sell down on a stock.

People will pop on saying how they sold, y they didn't hold, were gonna hold, looking for another entry point etc etc.

There was actually nothing wrong with the Ann and for every seller right now there are buyers or this doesn't work does it.

So my question always is...what do the current buyers buying see that the current sellers apparently don't?

Other than a cheaper SP from profit takers or holders panicking a little or a little herd mentality.

Each has own strategy and can't blame them but think the fundamentals underlying this one will push the price back up after some consolidation and dust settling.
