nickel prices hold between $16,000 & $20,000 per tonne which it should....
the bonus is they can argue the consolidation came about through continual cap raisings
which diluted the stock which caused this consolidation.....which adds to a damages claim they will also argue
in a punitive damages claim that the world nickel price increases were attributed to short supply and market demand which was bought about by SMM continual objections to see the product stay in the ground.
let face it if SMM wanted the nickel out of the SI they could have bought 62% of all the stock for under 80 mil
instead of fighting a legal battle and still had AXIOM KB as a 20% stake holder.
