I think the 8 billion would be a safe guard if they needed funding against the share or for performance rights consultants and workers in a lot of instances contractors may opt to be paid in shares on 50/50 basis with cash....this is a good way for contractors to own a share of their contract if they believe their is scope for increase in stock price its always a good sign when a driller or geo consultant takes part of his fee in shares shows confidence...also remember a lot of work will progress very quickly after June if the appeal is gone they will need access to funds quick
