The mystery will be revealed eventually. This is positive from my perspective. Company is trading deep below its cash backing, announces 20% share buy-back and 3 days later someone thinks its a good idea to short 67.3% of the traded stock. Are you sure of your shorting numbers Metal.Guru? Games are being played. Any offer for IAU would need independent valuations so would have to value the company much higher than the value implied by the current SP. Really can't see the point other than to help someone to accumulate prior to a take-over or they just want to collect as many shares at 12cents so they can sell them back to the company at higher prices, more or less the same as what I'm doing at the moment.
Pistol08 that notice was for IAU being removed from the all ordinaries accumulation index. Funny how HC are dealing with these notices.
