As an add on - I currently work for a company with just under 10,000 staff

Have been in a meeting where HR indicated they have estimated it costs the company around $100,000 to hire a new sales person - I thought that seemed extreme to begin with but if you incorporate recruitment fees, HR, legal, insurance, redundancies, training and lost revenue in training time...

If 1PG can even half deliver on what they are claiming, and say the real cost to these larger businesses is $20-30000 there are big dollar savings here ...

It is a win win
