Just something to consider, without LIS technology, this new RBWR would just be a pipe dream.
Something else that crossed my mind, will they still need an ARC or can the Isotopes be stripped straight from the used nuclear fuel?
If they don't need an ARC, then that would save a substantial amount of money on it's own you would presume?
