Exactly, I can't see people who have invested in YOW selling, just as it looks like it's about to take off, just because it might delist from the ASX. Maybe some retail investors might think it's more hassle than it's worth to hold US shares but it wouldn't be of any concern to sophisticated or institutional investors.
