sen my tip for 2006

The AFR weekend edition refers to SEN's opportunity in the US government market and the necessity to align itself with a USA company to win business.

This is standard - the USA government prefers to deal with US based companies and my gut feel is that SEN had to align itself with CTV to win US defense/gov contracts.

Refer to FG's comments on CTV deal
“I am excited about this transaction”, said Francis Galbally, chairman of Senetas. “Identity
cards and the use of biometrics are a big issue at present in the UK at present. And the
synergies with CTV’s other technologies and opportunities for market expansion are
significant, as I found in my discussions with Lt Gen James Abrahamson (USAF Ret), CTV’s
chief technology officer and a director, and Lt Gen Tom McInerney (USAF Ret), CTV’s
chairman. We now see that through our joint efforts, many opportunities will open up for this
technology in defense and government applications in the United States.”

FG has also advised he needed to sell shares for pre existing financial commitment and both the sale of these shares and standard market reaction to a director selling shares has negatively affected share price.

Given the above and current SP of 52c SEN is my prediction as a best performer for the remainder of 2006. I'm in.
