NEU most certainly have the opportunity to re-submit for BT to the FDA. They will not do so without meeting with the FDA beforehand to truly understand what it is that the FDA are looking for and what more NEU have to do. It is my understanding that NEU management are requesting this meeting but no idea on timing etc. Post-meeting then one would think the second submission will have a far greater chance of succeeding.
