I really think they can once they gather interest and the customers keep coming back for the collectables!!
Was that a report out that you had seen somewhere or your own workings? There was plenty of conjecture at the beginning about the wording of the announcement but confirmation has been made that the numbers initially were for the entire network, not just 20 stores.
