The Company was unable to lodge financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2013 and was therefore suspended from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 1 October 2013. As at the date of signing this report the Company remains suspended from the ASX.
I'm a complete noob when it comes to financials but how can a company be able to release the annual report for the following year when the previous year's report hasn't been lodged yet. Surely there's some sort of issue with that?
Anyway looking forward to whenever the stock becomes tradeable again so I can reduce my tax bill, haha.
