The Pink line is a 60 EMA moving average. Its likely after such a fast paced fall,(High ADX) price will "return closer to a mean price" i.e move upwards towards the 60 EMA in this example.. on its re-action to the price action, i.e the fall in price.

The re-action is relation to the prior price action... as price stabilizes before the over all trend kicks in.. In this case the larger trend is down as can be seen on the chart..

This Larger overall Trend may reverse as we are at Support even going (7-8 years back)

but its too early to call at this stage.

Lets see how the return the mean price on re-action goes first.
