The eventual license that will provide the commodity to market has been priced in IMO, and as an anecdote I believe it's a given; if one gazes at the accumulation/distribution from a T/A perspective, PEN has become a zombie.
42m vol. is not large on the 11/02 - now it's the 10/03.
150m - 200m daily volume whilst finishing close to a daily high may may raise day trader daily alarm bells.
Old historical data to twin hole once more is possible as an acquisition?
Admin cost was $1,156,000 for the last quarter.
