So Sector , trying to get away from the grumpy posters for a change , what is your 5 year view for property . I think we both agree that we'd like to see the cities slow down a bit .
Obviously I'm slightly bullish on the global economy although I think it's going to be a slow recovery .
What I'm trying to work if there's a bit of upside in the outlying areas . In the past the inner city has been the first to go with the prices slowly radiating out over a couple of years , a bit like a stone in a pond .
I think there is some pretty reasonably priced stuff , particularly in the larger country centres . Quite a few cases where it is cheaper to buy than rent if you look hard . I have a rather contrarian view on some of this stuff .
