Ordinary Business

a) The existing PIF Action Group Committee will be offering themselves for re-election as follows:

President - Peter Grenadier
Vice President & Media Representative - Charles Hodges
Secretary - Sue Clifford
Treasurer & Public Officer/Registrar - Diane Grenadier
Committee Member - Robert Axam

b) Receive from the committee reports on activities of the association during the last year

c) Receive and consider any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the act


Other Business

To consider and decide on such matters as are brought forward by the committee office bearers relating to the affairs of the PIF Action Group Inc

Meeting

The above MEMBERS ACTION GROUP meeting is being held as required by the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (Department of Fair Trading NSW). No special resolutions are involved.

The meeting is held at Port Macquarie NSW as it is considered a central location to the majority of the membership

Please bring some form of ID (e.g., licence, pensioner card, etc)
