re: in trading halt Hi AP,

I think it looks interesting - check point 3 in the trading halt request:
"...including (but not limited) to the subscribing party, the number of shares to be issued and the issue price."

To me this means one of two things:
1) Whoever drafted this letter uses bad grammar
or
2) there is only one subscribing party - i.e. one party is taking all of the placement - ~15m shares or the equivalent of $10m worth at todays prices.

So it could be a new cornerstone shareholder. If that is the case then who it is will be very interesting.
