What they want to do is be able increase current amount of shares that can be issued from 4 billion to 8 billion, and have also asked for a mandate to be able to issue whenever and to whoever they see fit, and this is after consolidation. Let's see how badly our holdings are trashed when that happens. Vote against to ensure it can't happen. Also vote against the remuneration to force a spill, maybe that will scare them into working for shareholder value, and not enormous pay packs while not having any skin in the game.
