May I ask which product it is that you've used? And in what capacity (end-user, computer support, etc.)?
I know BP Australia use the offerings from ERST Technology, which takes data from their Retalix POS software, but I've never actually used it myself.
(BP across the world use it, but this is the only one I've seen for myself)
