Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-4

As I alluded to in my post of 1/3 (Post #: 14839040), it was apparent then that there was sustained accumulation going on. Blam, I couldn't agree with you more - and that is not a negative view but a realistic view... market cap has been slashed... shareholder value has been slashed... who'd believe that with so much potential HZN could be trading at these prices... the board should be proud of their efforts to have gotten HZN into the ASX 200... only to be booted out (refer ann of 6/3).  So it looks like IMC have acquired 28% of voting rights - It take it that means they hold 28% of the company? with over 368M shares owned. For the corporate masters out there, could IMC mount a take over from within? Pure speculation on my part. Something needs to give there's too many high value assets here and too much potential and a company seemingly doing little to enhance the position for shareholders. In the right hands this will be back in the ASX top 200 and marketcap approaching $1B . In the short term I still see the sp testing 17-20cps. Good luck all, M!
