PWEP will provide 5% of HMAS Stirling's power needs and 33% of it's freshwater.

Therefore, when the CETO 6 project comes on line, in addition to the 5%, at least four times as much power will be added (more if desalination is no longer necessary).

If the cost of electricity comes down by as much as they expect, you would think that a much bigger array would be on the cards.

It is worth noting that the Kwinana desalination plant consumes 180 GWh/year of power.
