I have no opinion regarding the takeover, but it does appear that BLR's future does look bleak if the deal doesn't go through. But has anyone looked into Mr. Glasier's reported assertion that the Sunday Complex mines are fully permitted? In other words, which specific federal and state permits are needed, and of those, which have actually been obtained? Has the State of Colorado granted approval for the use of ablation at those sites, or any other sites for that matter?
