my understanding of NSW government tenders are suspended (unofficially, business must seem to go on but also not interfere with the election with with potentially bad PR ) until result of election. I hope that's not the case across the board though!
You can check RFT, RFQ, EOI awards etc via NSW eTender which covers all projects throughout the state.
