I did not receive an original CREST certificate, and two of my family members also failed to receive their original certificate as well.
Has anyone else had problems getting their original certificate (and then experiencing additional problems getting a replacement certificate)?
It is difficult for me to believe that no one else has had problems if the three of us (at two different addresses) both failed to receive original certificates.
