    No competition issue, should pass ACCC GATE easily as Telstra is so big
    break Telstra into 2 companies if ACCC wants better competition
    Should IIN investors be getting $8.705 per share safely IMO, plus $0.105 dividend franking, plus special dividend franking.
    Optus may take over IIN (offering higher price) or MTU if it wants to keep #2 position
