Sydney - Tuesday - April 11: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Search engine and online media company Ansearch Ltd (ASX code: ANH)
today reported "a significant increase" in online revenue, driven by
increased traffic through the company's flagship search engine and the
expansion of its online advertising division, Soush.
Total Online Advertising Revenue (TOAR) from the Ansearch Ad
Network and Search websites increased to $250,000 for March.
Ansearch is entitled to 72 per cent of TOAR (net revenue).
As the ad network increases, Ansearch believes reporting of net
revenue will better reflect the growth of the online business.
Chief executive Mr Dean Jones said revenue was expected to
increase further as the rollout of the Google/Soush contextual search
product gathered pace and the acquisitions of Anzwers.com.au and the
Mambo Communities websites were integrated into the business and drove
traffic through the Ansearch network.
"Shareholders will see continued growth in revenues, which over
the next quarter will begin to accelerate.
"Bookings for April already surpass March," Mr Jones said
