MTS is cheap, cheap, cheap but going down, down, down.

Why? Look at the market caps:

    WES - $48.78b
    WOW - $37.10b
    MTS - $1.30b

Makes absolutely no sense. Can you honestly say that Coles a larger company by a factor of 37.5 times or Woolworths a larger company by a factor of 28.5 times. Either they're both significantly overvalued or Metcash is significantly undervalued.

MTS has definately been oversold, but we are in a for a long period of consolidation, at least until the register is more stable.

The SP will turn and all those who got in this calendar year will be smiling at how cheap it was.

Still the upside is attractive and the dividend yield makes it a compelling buy in my opinion. Will be buying more on the turn.
