As far as Mr Jolly goes.
Either people are just plain ignorant--or they genuinely don't know--for maybe their point of view has been shaped by some pretty mischievous characters---put it this way as far as BB comment goes (and it cost me 325 dollars in the end to my solicitor) (to draft) I am forbidden to comment on certain matters on an electronic forum with the penalty of being sued if I do.
