If you talk the talk you need to walk the walk. Did you pick an entry at 30+ and exit at 4.20 and re-enter at 2.80 and still be in (or out at 3.59 and back in at 3.10). If you truly believed in your approach you would have done it. And if it's so superior to "buy and hold" then from 30c then you'd be up at least as much or more than those that did. The fact that you didn't and haven't says you are using hindsight to claim that an approach you claim to believe in (but clearly don't) is superior. Put your money where your mouth is, the rest of us have.
