Unless you have sight of the JV agreement, there is no way to provide judgement on whether this is market sensitive or not.

And what will you get if you sue and win? There is nothing to take, no one to pay you, no pot of gold at the bottom of the Ablation rainbow. And attorney fees will cost hundreds of thousands if not millions. And you most probably still lose because the BLR attorney and ASX would have told BLR that it had to release any market sensitive information. I am guessing point #2 is not market sensitive.
