Totally unrelated but a close acquaintance has been advised that a recent ruling in the Supreme Court of NSW was reserved and his lawyers advised that they expected the ruling would be handed down in 4-6 months,from their experience.
Hopefully the Govt has no hand in the timeline of MEL's case so that might give us something like end Feb to end April to wait for the outcome of our case? hopefully sometime in the next 6 weeks.
