ORS and AYC will merge perfectly as AYC has been run like a private company since listing. Skin in the game is good, but they can basically vote anything in that they want. We shareholders just allowed them to be a 'Listed Company'. I've been in since the IPO and am yet to make any money from this investment. I am starting to wonder if there is any gold in the A1 gold mine, seeing as the first promised (in a few weeks) production is from ORS, not AYC.
