There is value in AVI for sure but not now. The stock is illiquid, no one dares to buy at such low prices, not even at below the last capital raising price of $0.025 a share. On top of that you have management unwillingness to secure a joint venture; they might be afraid of waking up the market and get taken over, don't want to lose their comfortable jobs just yet. Easy to take over this one by a private equity investor. An offer of $0.1 a share and they will get 90% acceptances. I bet shareholders can't wait to dump this one at a reasonable price.
