The more I think about it the more I think that a dramatic price drop today will provide the opportunity for a greater ultimate return. The study showed a significant improvement in PFS in the liver compared with the standard chemotherapy treatment. If I were a patient with primary or secondary liver cancer I think I would want the SIR-Spheres treatment. It still seems anomalous that the improvement in PFS in the liver did not automatically improve overall PFS.
