Oh yeah, definitely, no argument at all from me. But it would have been a much fairer report if they said that the company is either worth $15.95 OR $64 depending on the outcome of the trial which we have no idea of knowing. But to say the trial has a 72% probability of success without having any knowledge of the outcome is just plain misleading (and irresponsible).
