It does feel extremely ambiguous about the notion of CVAC seeking partnership and milestone payments, and of course the exact revenue from the licensing and Bergen partnership. All I hear is the prospects, but let face it, if PRR is a GOING CONCERN, they should at least let us know what extent and how they are going to meet their cashflow issues.
Nobody is going to invest in a company that is a going concern. They would want to know how long can the company last and what exactly is their game plan to tackle the issues. 'Various options' in their press release simply does not cut it for me. We need to know the exact dollars and cents.
I remember back in the days, once a company is said to be a 'GOING CONCERN', investors all ran away like a plague, with administrators swirling, and the big boys going to have rich pickings as everything will be sold for a song.
Good for SR doing a roadshow in Adelaide and Perth, but how many SH out here knew he was on the road? Is it at biotech conferences/expo or just a PRR organized event. I would really like to see more information on their website on where and when they are doing such roadshows. I do believe it will be more useful if PRR has its website list where and when such events so the curious SH can go and ask their questions, or potential SH can go and 'sit in' and assess themselves about PRR.
