It depends, if price tracks up steadily on low volatility bars each day I see a higher target, if price breaks out quickly (as in a 2-3 day burst) and large price expansion i.e large price intra-day bar range between the high and low of the days...I see a target of $1.05 before any resistance.

Its too hard to tell, at the moment we are building a low volatility base.

Low volatility leads to high volatility and vice versa .

The Volatility cycle is more predictable than price

Breaks can go either way.

My bet is up, But ive been in the market long enough to know im not always right.
