Yep the only survivor of a commods boom, mining boom, property boom, oil boom whatever in a yr or two will be infrastructure...why because it is something ppl don't stop using and therefore it never really declines in value...it has defensive attributes but be can be used to envelope acquisition strategy growth as MBL have well proven. Moreover, the opportunities abroad offer diversity from a locally exhausted market, that is if you don't consider the local a viably ineconomic one.
