Hi KKW its a JV and all partners will have log data , 3D and almost certainly any lab information that comes to hand, as operator CNE calls the shots but only after JV agreement. FAR have already done their own in house work on that information as indicated in earlier updates in fact their research indicated more pay in FAN.
I'm sure COP would be thrilled if CNE was using any data from the lab to gain an advantage over another JV partner including themselves, it makes for a good story but unlikely based on fact.
